As one of the important mathematical tools to deal with fuzzy decision problems,dual hesitation fuzzy set theory is widely used.In order to clarify the importance of the financial(or other)support of the evaluation object to program decision making,and to some extent supplement the original dual hesitation fuzzy set which only considers the evaluation value of membership degree and non-membership degree,this paper proposes the support dual hesitation fuzzy set model and the intuitionistic support dual hesitation fuzzy set model for the practical decision problem.The corresponding multiattribute decision making method under fuzzy environment is studied.The details are as follows:1.In this thesis,a series of integration operators and weighted integration operators support dual hesitant fuzzy sets are studied for the problem of decision value support dual hesitant fuzzy numbers,and a multi-attribute decision method for weighted integration operators supporting dual hesitant fuzzy sets is introduced.The distance formula and weighted distance formula supporting dual hesitation fuzzy sets are studied,and the multi-attribute decision making method supporting dual hesitation fuzzy TOPSIS is proposed based on the idea of classical TOPSIS method.The multi-attribute decision making theory is enriched and developed.2.In view of the weight calculation problem in the decision-making process of supporting dual hesitation fuzzy information,the objective degree value of support is taken as the importance degree value of each attribute in the case that the decision maker only comes from one side,and this is used to optimize the problem that the new comparison value 1-9 is too subjective in the Best-Worst Method weight calculation method.The membership and non-membership of the attribute evaluation value of the scheme are provided by a third party evaluation institution,and the financial support of the decision maker of the buyer should also be considered.In this paper,the objective weight of the two sides obtained by calculation is calculated by game theory method and the optimal weight value of the attribute is obtained by linear programming solution.According to different application scenarios,the above two weight calculation methods make the design of the importance degree of decision attributes more reasonable and applicable.3.Aiming at the situation that the description of the support fuzzy number is not accurate enough,the support fuzzy number is extended to the intuitionistic fuzzy number representation,the integration operator and distance measure of intuitionistic support dual hesitation fuzzy data are explored,and the intuitionistic support dual hesitation fuzzy TODIM decision method is proposed and verified by numerical examples.Then,the rough set is introduced,and an intuitive support dual hesitation fuzzy rough set decision-making method is proposed,which uses the unique upper and lower approximation solution method of the rough set to calculate the intuitionsupported dual hesitation fuzzy number of each scheme by the fitting function,uses the size of the score function value to sort or select the best of each scheme,and uses the rough set method to solve the multi-attribute decision problem that the attribute value is the intuition-supported dual hesitation fuzzy number.
