As the rapid development of economic globalization and science and technology, thereare more and more intense competition among enterprises. Under the influence of many factors in response to severe and complicated competitive environment, manufacturing companies need to be more flexible and efficient marketing organization model. Because manufacturing industry is downturn, as well as customer demand is diversity. In this paper,we take the methods of a combination of theoretical research and case studies, and take DALIAN RUBBER & PLASTICS MACHINERY Co as a case study of an object. On the basis of the organization's marketing model selection analysis and design of organizational model, this paper propose the implementation of the organizational model of the safeguard mechanism last.Firstly, this paper introduces a basic profile of the the company, and finding the company's current problems about hybrid marketing organization model. In a nutshell, this paper will provide independent marketing model and integrated marking model to address the current issue. Integrated Marketing is identified and suited the company long-term development strategy by six dimensions compared and SWOT analysis.Secondly, after the integrated marketing organization model is determined, We conducted in-depth analysis, in terms of organizational design, financial systems design,performance appraisal system design, personnel training and other marketing organization for the theory and practice of combining efficient according to the characteristics of integrated marketing organization model. Finally, this paper provides detailed implementation plan.Finally, this paper presents a marketing organization model implementation and protection mechanism of the company. We are proposed the characteristics of integrated organizational model, as well as the case of the company designing of organizational model,In terms of integrated marketing company formation Process, working capital requirement,risk management, information technology and so on.
