Study On Improvement Of Quarantine And Inspection Methods For Entry-exit Personnel At Lanzhou Airport

With the increasing degree of China's opening to the outside world and the frequent international exchanges,the risk of frontier sanitation and animal and plant epidemic diseases spreading through ports is increasing day by day.The threat of port biological,chemical and nuclear radiation can not be ignored.These unsafe factors Seriously affecting China's national health and public safety and social stability and development.the quarantine and inspection work at port is facing a severe challenge.The responsibility to keep the country's frontier becomes more and more important.In view of this situation,improving the port quarantine and inspection methods to prevent the spread of epidemic disease through the frontier is of very important significance.This paper chooses the quarantine and inspection of entry-exit personnel at Lanzhou Zhongchuan International Airport as the research object,starting from the status quo of quarantine and inspection management at Lanzhou Airport,using the new public service theory,risk management theory,emergency management theory and epidemic free theory.This article objectively analyzed the inspection and quarantine departments in Lanzhou airport port quarantine inspection status quo,the effectiveness and problems.The paper analyzes the causes from the aspects of organization,system construction,information construction,inspection system,security system and so on,and draws lessons from advanced experience mode of foreign port quarantine inspection to protect public health and safety,maintain national biological safety and serve local foreign trade development.The paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the quarantine and inspection methods for entry and exit persons at the airport port of Lanzhou.This paper proposes a new mode of inspection and quarantine for entry-exit persons at Lanzhou Airport Port in order to protect public health and safety,maintain national bio-security and serve local foreign trade development.The research of this paper can help to further improve the construction of the airport core competence of Lanzhou Airport,and has practical guidance to the future quarantine inspection work,and also has reference significance to other port quarantine inspection management.
