Qingdao TGOOD Electric Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as special sharp Germany)was established in March 16,2004,and in October 2009 successfully listed A shares of the GEM,is a Sino German joint venture state-level high-tech enterprises.TGOOD Germany after 10 years of development,has entered a stage of rapid development.2013 proposed "second pioneering" slogan,to speed up the layout of the new energy sector and the power system investment.Therefore,the future rapid development of TGOOD rely on the internal R & D team and senior technical staff.How to attract,retain and continue to inspire the internal key staff,fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees and how to solve the problem of rapid development of funds become the company's current management problems.June 2014,the China Securities Regulatory Commission to develop and publish "on the implementation of employee holdings of listed companies pilot project guidance",TGOOD as the first company to implement employee holdings.Up to now,the implementation of a total of three employees holdings.And in the implementation process,TGOOD Germany on the contents of the staff holdings of the program to improve and improve.Therefore,since the implementation of the company's shareholding program for two years,whether employee holdings have helped to improve the current problems and whether the implementation of employee stock ownership plans to have a positive impact on TGOOD is very worthy of study.This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and research framework.The second chapter introduces the theoretical basis of the employee stock ownership plan,the domestic and foreign employee holdings practice case and the employee holdings research results.The third chapter introduces the background of the implementation of the staff shareholding and the motivations for the implementation of employee holdings.The fourth chapter introduces the implementation process of the company's holdings and the impact of the adjustment of the content of the program.Chapter 5 is the analysis of the effect of the implementation of the holdings of special staff.Chapter 6 is the evaluation of the staff holdings of the company and the relevant recommendations.We found that during the employee holdings,TGOOD employees actively participated in the three employee stock ownership plan,in addition to the first employee stock ownership plan for the "full holdings",the latter two employee holdings in the non-management plan The number of shares held by the total number of shares of the company from the 2.5% to 12.5%,the research team and technical backbone turnover rate is zero.The cumulative purchase of the stock amount of about 750 million yuan,effectively complement the company's daily operations in the working capital.It can be said that the study of the company's shareholding plan is beneficial to test the rationality of the employee's shareholding scheme in China and to verify whether the implementation of employee stock ownership can bring positive effect to the enterprise.So as to provide employees with a future sample of more enterprises in the implementation of a sample can learn from.
