The Change Of Management Mode And Policy Orientation Of Agricultural And Animal Husbandry In Wuwei In Twenty-first Century

This paper is based on the cross field of social economics and agricultural economics management science.The change of management mode of agriculture and animal husbandry in Wuwei City since 2006 has been the main research content.Data is collected through the agriculture and animal husbandry in the multi-year study area,and the data is reintroduced by quadratic polynomial and analyzed the changes of agriculture and animal husbandry structure in Wuwei City.The results show that:(1).Agricultural production demand analysis shows that it is the main direction for Wuwei City government to guide the adjustment of agricultural industry structure by developing water-saving agriculture,farming and animal husbandry industrial structure adjustment,increase characteristic fruit,meat,eggs,milk products.The area of cultivated land is decreasing year by year,and the population is increasing year by year,and the agricultural water resources are decreasing year by year.Therefore,it is imperative to develop efficient and high quality agriculture and animal husbandry through the rational guidance of the government.(2).Farmer income and aquaculture,fruit industry through correlation analysis and principal component analysis shows that Wuwei City facilities in agriculture、 animal husbandry and fruit industry will become the main source of income for farmers in the next 10-30 years,is crucial for building a well-off society in an all-round way.Wuwei city government puts forward an agricultural business model in order to save water and income,this model is "facilities agriculture and animal husbandry + characteristics of fruit industry ".At present,the main reason for the change of the management mode of agriculture and animal husbandry is government decision.(3).The analysis of the changes of different types of gross domestic product and labor force shows that the proportion of animal husbandry output and forestry output value in Wuwei City increased year by year,while the proportion of grain crop output decreased year by year in the total output value of agriculture,forestry and animal husbandry.The government has increased spending on rural production in recent years,especially in recent years.In the next 10 to 30 years,the agricultural production value of Wuwei city will be made up of animal husbandry and forestry.The result of research shows that the government decision-making is the main reason of agriculture and animal husbandry business model change of Wuwei city at present.Wuwei City animal husbandry sustainable and efficient development of the effective way is "the facilities of agriculture and animal husbandry + special fruit industry",it is the main source of income increase farmers.
