With the continuous decline in the rate of economic growth,frequent fluctuations in the real estate industry related policies,population structure enter the inflection point,the long-term housing demand growth will slow sharply in China,the real estate industry "golden age" has ended.However,the industry needs to develop,enterprises need to survive,so in the strategic,organizational,financial,operational and human resources and other aspects of management will face a more severe test.In fact,the value of human resources in the new era has far exceeded the value of material resources,and become the core competitiveness of social organizations and enterprises.This article is from the new era of real estate enterprises face the plight and challenges of human resources as the starting point,the development of the status quo analysis and countermeasures.This paper mainly adopts the research method of literature,investigation and deduction,through the company's internal and external environment,development status and management status,analyzed the current situation of the employee turnover of Tianyu Real Estate Company,find out the main factors of Tianyu Real Estate Company,and put forward coping strategies.In the specific research process,the author first studied the literature and theory of employee turnover,to understand the status and results of the research.And introduced the related research tools,such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,the Price model,the theory of the two factors,Goal congruence theory,the Q12 test,and so on,lay the theoretical foundation for the following research in the following aspects.Secondly,through the analysis of the current situation of Tianyu Real Estate Company internal and external environment,development,management,to understand the difficulties and challenges facing the industry and enterprise in human resources management.Then,over the years from the staff turnover statistics analysis of employee turnover,and through the questionnaire,find out the main causes of the problem of employee turnover in Tianyu Real Estate Company are small company platform,slow development,with a single channel of internal job sequence and the promotion,the organization and the individual goal direction is not lack of coordination,employee communication and feedback mechanism,the staff's overall job satisfaction is low,and so on.Finally,from the optimization of position sequence,construct the echelon talent database,implement job open competition and the establishment of employee communication and feedback five aspects of mechanism put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the problem of the employee turnover in Tianyu Real Estate Company.The main innovation of this paper is to study the problem of employee turnover in the real estate industry,combining with the author's own management practice.Provide reference for peer enterprises.
