In modern enterprise management,human resources management plays an important role of the entire enterprise management;with the significant impacts on effectiveness of overall enterprise management and sustainable market competitiveness of the business.At present,numerous human resource management theories and good practices have been achieved abroad,but the research of human resource management in China is still at the earlier stage of formation.In the industry of real estate,there are valuable experiences and outcomes of human resource management have been accumulated and developed in terms of organizational structure designs and overall human resource management practice.These foundations have been laid out to support real estate enterprises' the further business development.However,due to the economics dividend impacts,many real estate companies have been experienced fast grew during recent years with a big margin of profit,and resulted that there are lacks of emphases on human recourse management from top management,particularly in terms of organizational structures and management styles and systems,which remain gaps for further development.For example,there are some drawbacks like unclear job responsibilities,lack of a feasible employee's career development track,lack of effective and systematic employees training and learning opportunities,lack of assessment and incentive mechanism,and etc.Along with the white silver time of real estate industry coming,there is fierce competition in the business market,therefore,to attract and retain core staff,high-level management and quality professional talents become the key means to ensure the business continuing development and maintain the market competitiveness.Employee's professional development and career design can attract and retain core employees and talent,which is also a win-win strategy,which meets both employees and company's interests and goals;through the employment circle design,employees can develop their professional competence and skills and keep the work and life balanced.Therefore,in order to remain invincible in international and domestic competition,it is necessary to establish an effective mechanism to attract and retain high-quality talents in the condition of the actual situation of enterprises.There are six chapters in the paper,the first chapter mainly introduces the research background,clarifies the significance of career planning research;the second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical overview of career management,through understanding and exploration,to provide theoretical basis for the study;the third chapter is the realization of career management in China and abroad.This paper expounds the characteristics of career management in foreign real estate enterprises and the present situation of human resources in Chinese real estate enterprises,and puts forward the necessity of constructing career management system in real estate enterprises under the background of globalization.In the fifth chapter,according to the actual situation of HF company's career management described above,the plan conforms to the HG company's employee career planning,promotes the employee's career planning to integrate with the company's development track,thus promoting the further development of the enterprise.From the perspective of human resources,we can maximize the interests of economic development of enterprises.The sixth chapter is the summary of the whole research content.
