Research On Xi Jinping's Thoughts On Agriculture,the Countryside And Farmers

Since 18 th CPC National Congress,The CPC Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core makes in-depth promotion of the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy,and leads the Chinese people of all ethnic groups to move forward to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the Chinese dream.In the new historical period,new urbanization and agricultural modernization synchronize,but urban and rural dual structure still exists objectively.Rural reform,farmers' income,agricultural development and other issues are still restricting the development of urban and rural areas as Chinese key issues.Xi as a leader of the party and state,being rich in " agriculture,the countryside and farmers" theoretical research and practical experience,forms a system of " agriculture,the countryside and farmers " thought with the era characteristics and scientific basis.Changing with times and deriving from the same origin,Xi Jinping?s ideological system about the three issues of agriculture,the countryside and farmers fully inherits and carries forward the " agriculture,the countryside and farmers " theory of Marxist theory and its latest achievements in China.In different historical periods,according to the changes of three issues of agriculture,the countryside and farmers,Xi puts forward a classic series of theoretical,scientific,systematic and practicality expositions.Based on the research at home and abroad and using three research methods which are literature research,conformity of logic and history and the method of integration theory with practice,this paper understands deeply the theoretic origin of Xi?s thought from three aspects that are Chinese ancient agriculture priority ideas,the agriculture,the thoughts on agriculture,the countryside and farmers of Marxism pioneer and Chinese Communist leaders.After that,the article divides Xi?s thought of agriculture into four stages: the embryonic period,the formation period,the mature period and the rich development period on the base of his working experience and mainly focus on analyzing and summarizing the characters of each period.On the basis of revealing the development path clearly,the paper elaborates distinctly the core of Xi?s thought is the Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy,and concludes the thought?s characteristics such as contemporaneity,scientificity,practicalness and coordination.Then the paper conducts analysis and summary of the contemporary value of Xi?s thought in detail from two aspects which are enriching the development of the theory and guiding the practice in our country.At last,this study puts forward some concrete countermeasures on how to carry out Xi Jinping's thoughts including propelling element resource allocation mechanism reform,improving the system integration of urban and rural economic and social development,promoting the reform of the rural culture construction,and promoting the reform of rural governance structure,etc.
