Reseach On The Value Of Tiehan Enterprise Based On EVA Model

With the development of China's market economy,the value of enterprises has been paid more and more attention.One of the goals of enterprise financial management is to maximize the value of enterprises.Only we understand the value of enterprises,we are able to identify enterprises in the market positioning,and managers can make optimal management decisions,investors reduce the investment risk.The traditional enterprise value evaluation method has already presented many shortcomings in the developing market economy environment.Therefore,it is very important to find a scientific and reasonable method to evaluate the value of enterprises.Under this background,this paper adopts the method of comparative analysis,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,the combination of theoretical research and case study on enterprise value assessment.In theory,build a complete EVA valuation system,and the EVA valuation model and other enterprise value assessment methods were analyzed,and understand the EVA valuation model advantage.Secondly the selection of ecological industry in the ecological environment construction HUD case study of Limited by Share Ltd,through in-depth analysis based on the ecological construction industry and the enterprise,calculate the historical value of EVA index and different operating income growth rate case The predicted value,and through value range estimation of enterprise two stage model reasonable,compared with the market value of the company,confirmed the EVA valuation model for the effectiveness and applicability of the ecological construction enterprise,and based on the enterprise value of the sensitivity analysis,which was proposed to increase the value of the enterprise advice.The EVA used in the case study of ecological construction enterprises,we also found that the EVA valuation method has limitations of many,and put forward the improved EVA valuation model is proposed according to the research process,such as the use of scenario analysis,the introduction of the balanced scorecard,policy system and legal norms.Finally,through the analysis of and the research on EVA,discusses the EVA evaluation model for the significance of application of ecological construction enterprises,in order to promote the EVA valuation model in the field of ecological construction can get better development.
