China has been engaged in facilitating economic restricting and promoting industry upgrading.Government is playing a positive role in encouraging the whole people to start an undertaking.So the government establish plenty of funds to guiding private funds to support growth of SMEs.In China,research of VC fund guided by government is still at the initial stage.This study analysis the risk and resolutions of government guiding funds by research Chongqing industrial fund,then researches interconnection demonstration projects of Chongqing and Singapore and how it lower the risk of VC fund.This study collects data and text information to discuss present situation of government guiding VC fund,organize related policy,laws and regulation files.Compared with public offering fund,government guiding VC fund have its unique risks,which including system risk,liquidity risk,management risk,law risk and regulation risk.This study focuses on market operation of Chongqing Industrial fund and discusses the early,middle and late risks of investment.This paper also discusses the Singapore and China(Chongqing)Strategic Interoperability Demonstration Project in the field of finance and trade,analyzes its role in risk control of industrial guiding fund,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the measures and methods of risk control and prevention.Based on above factors,the thesis put forward the following suggestions: improve the management system,clear orientation,introduce assessment system,perfect the capital market and implement market operation,...
