Research On Qingdao City Construction Housing Emergency Maintenance Fund Management Platform Project

In China,the management of urban house maintenance funds started late,and developed slowly in the early housing reform system.But in recent years,with the need to constantly deepen the reform of the urban housing system and the development of new urbanization,the city housing maintenance,increasingly high requirements for the maintenance fund management departments,community of housing maintenance funds difficult problem of using strong reaction.On the one hand,the government has the responsibility and obligation to ensure that regulate the use of maintenance funds,so as to form the complex approval process,a long period of time;on the other hand,in emergency situations,people want to use the housing maintenance funds immediately,reducing losses.At present,the contradiction between the two sides can not be completely solved only by compression or reduction of the approval process,and there is a lack of unified standards for management and early warning and forecasting maintenance plans.Therefore,this research is the design and implementation of emergency housing maintenance fund management system,the housing emergency maintenance,emergency maintenance funds,unified standards and emergency plan approval process.With the continuous progress of information technology,information technology services and big data play an effective role in the government management,public service resource integration will be gradually isolated and scattered in the city,the formation of cross level,cross sectoral information sharing and business collaboration,many government departments joint supervision and coordination of services,the establishment of independent housing emergency maintenance funds each department joint supervision,as possible,so as to enhance the management level of public service.
