China’s commercial logistics distribution center has just started in the mid-1980 s,after several years of exploration,based on theory,accumulate experiencean and lessons learned continuously.Currently,in order to follow the pace of the rapid development of today’s society,lots of Large and medium-sized retail chain enterprises has been established logistics distribution center that can meet their own business needs.You can say that,the development of chain enterprises promote the birth of the logistics distribution center and growth.In recent years,the retail industry is growing rapidly and crossing a new step,and then the competition is becoming more and more intense.The role of logistics and distribution becomes more and more prominent under these circumstances.What logistics mode selection,how to optimize the logistics system,has become the focus of key enterprises can stand out in a large wave,but also the managers decision making.This article is based on JJY’s distribution model as the research object,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of establishing logistics distribution center in retail,and the enterprise’s efforts in optimizing management of logistics system,explores new ideas for the operation of modern retail logistics and distribution center and to adapt to the rapid development of today’s society.
