So the studies of the DC scale, storage location design and layout design have a great significance.In this paper, the southwest distribution center of S company will be taken as the research object, with the analysis of the impact factors to the distribution center scale, and bench mark with others company, finalized the scale of the distribution center, through EIQ analysis of the storage zone design, and finally through the systematic layout planning method give the overall layout proposal of distribution center.
