With the continuous development of economy,China's large supermarket chain operation mode in the city and the country get a rapid development and become an important part of people's life.Under the mode of chain operation,many supermarkets unified distribution,unified management,combine the advantage of supermarkets and chain operation,is adopted widely in the supermarket management.Distribution center is responsible for the supermarket distribution,plans the delivery path,delivery time,delivery quantity and so on.Under special circumstances when the distribution center goods supply is less than the supermarket order demand,distribution center determines the way allocation the goods,which has a direct impact on the supermarket goods allocation,then affect the profitability of the supermarket,the goal of goods optimal allocation is adopting a reasonable way of goods allocation to realize the supermarket profit maximum.At the sale link of the supermarket,the amount of goods allocation about supermarket is different with the random demand of customer,differences will lead to some supermarket goods backlog some supermarket goods are in short supply,supermarkets through goods transfer to achieve a higher economic value,the goal of goods optimal allocation is turning into the goods economic and efficient transport between the different supermarket.Based on this,this paper using the non-cooperative game theory,combining with goods competition and transport situation of the supermarket,deeply discussing the allocating game and transfer game of the supermarket.First,in a distribution center and m supermarket network,this paper constructs the supermarket allocating game mode of the distribution center limited goods,analyzes the existence of Nash equilibrium under the goods allocation game,discusses when some parameters changed Nash equilibrium will be affected.Second,in a distribution center,two supermarket and two classes of customers supply chain,the supermarket after finishes the corresponding goods allocation,due to the uncertainty actual demand exists the possibility transfer to other supermarket,based on the random process of the supermarket transfer,this paper constructs the transfer mode of the supermarket,discusses the existence of Nashequilibrium under transfer case.Finally,this article takes tianjin jingong supermarket as an example,combined with the drinks industry in FMCG industry,gives a numerical example on the research contents of this paper,verifies the rationality of the theory in this paper and the practical value of to the enterprise.In the distribution center and supermarket in the form of supply and demand of commercial activities,this article studied the effective goods allocation under distribution center limited resources and efficient resource transfer among supermarkets under customers stochastic demand,in order to improve the value of entire supply system.Our research methods and results to improve the service operation management between distribution center and supermarket in China provides the necessary theoretical basis and technical support.
