The Effect Of Service Openness On Resource Misallocation Of Manufacture:Evidence From The Micro Data

To study whether the opening of the service industry to the mismatch of manufacturing resources have an impact,this paper uses more comprehensive indicators to measure the level of service industry openness.Based on "1998-2007 China Industrial Enterprise Database",the paper analyzes the correct effect of service opening on resource mismatch.Compose panel data by region,year,and use productivity dispersion as the interpreted variable,regional service industry openness as the core explanatory variable,and find that the openness of service industry has a significant positive effect on the correction of regional resource mismatch.The liberalization of services has eased the mismatch of resources,however,the impact of the opening of China's service industry on resource mismatch in different regions is different.The effect of correcting resource mismatch in the eastern region is not obvious in the Midwest.This is mainly due to the eastern region's service sector having reached a certain degree of openness.The difficulty of further opening up a larger,further mismatch of resources on the degree of mitigation is too small.However,the service sector of the western region is less open,the resistance to opening is small,the space is large,and the mitigation of resource mismatch is also great.The result also shows that with the increase of service openness,the degree of mismatch is getting smaller and smaller,and the result does not change with the change of sample,core explanatory variable and explanatory variable.Therefore,we should increase the degree of service openness,which can further optimize the internal structure of the service industry to promote the continuous development of the service industry and strive to create a favorable environment for investment in services,increase the capital effect of play;improve independent innovation capability,speed up technology transfer.Paying attention to the training of professionals in education,creating a stronger employment effect;a reasonable guide to the flow of foreign capital,so as to continuously promote the rapid development of the service industry.
