Mergers and acquisitions fund,because the full name for the Buyout Fund,is from the mid-20 th century,Europe and the United States developed a form of funds,as the name suggests,mergers and acquisitions fund refers to focus on engaging in corporate mergers and acquisitions funds.Investment: the acquisition of the target company equity access to the target enterprise control,and then reorganization of the target business transformation,after a period of time to sell.At present,China's transnational M & A fund is mainly to assist Chinese enterprises to complete overseas mergers and acquisitions transactions,to provide transaction funds to help them deal with post-vote management,which effectively solve the Chinese enterprises overseas mergers and acquisitions faced by complex problems,to ensure the success rate of overseas mergers and acquisitionsThis paper takes JK China-EU M & A Fund as a research object for cross-border M & A of W Company,and analyzes the development background,profit model and investment decision-making mode of transnational M & A fund.To explore the problems and solutions in the process of cross-border mergers and acquisitions.Cross-border M & A funds are a resource allocation approach that integrates and optimizes the global productivity elements.In this paper,JK cross-border M & A fund on the W company's industry background,technical advantages to the Chinese enterprises to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the synergies.This paper expounds the reasons,integration logic,investment decision-making process and integration effect of transnational M & A fund in the current environment.For the current development of the internationalization of Chinese enterprises to provide a reference to the idea.Through the case analysis to have the intention to carry out overseas mergers and acquisitions of enterprises to provide a great reference.And provided lessons for the establishment,development and investment of other overseas M & A funds.The research of this paper also has many shortcomings,but hope to give other overseas M & A funds and other enterprises to provide some reference and reference.
