The Research On Financial Support To Agricultural Modernization Of Jilin Province

In 13 th Five-Year the beginning of planning,Jilin province has become the rural financial reform pilot,the arduous task of bear up to get rid of the three dimensional rural issues.And take this opportunity to explore a new type of rural financial development path,and strive for comprehensive financial reform,optimize the upgrading of rural industrial structure,promote agricultural modernization to a higher level and level of development.The pillar industry of Jilin province is agriculture,and its development is related to the national food security.Therefore,the construction of agricultural modernization is of great significance to Jilin Province.Jilin Province vigorously promote rural financial reform.The paper mainly use the basic theory of financial development and rural financial development theory,on the basis of financial support for agricultural modernization in Jilin.Starting from the problems,analysis and problem-solving ideas,the text research on financial support of agricultural modernization in Jilin province.By defining the financial support and the connotation and features of agricultural modernization,full text based on the current progress of agricultural modernization in Jilin province financial support and by means of principal component analysis,was used principal component analysis to evaluate the level of agricultural modernization and rural financial support in Jilin Province,then obtained comprehensive score of both.Through cointegration analysis and impulse response measurement further analysis estimates Jilin Province financial support role to the agricultural modernization and the extent.Based on the results of empirical research,the paper analysis of the financial support of the existing problems and restricting factors of agricultural modernization in Jilin Province,by drawing with different development patterns and characteristics of the United States and Japan.Finally according to the existing problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
