The Impact Of Financial Support To Agricultural Modernization In Anhui Province

China is a large agricultural country, agriculture is an important indicator of national economic development situation. Modernization of agriculture has very important implications for farmers’ income and rural development. The agricultural modernization of financial support issues, has been the focus of research scholars.Currently, financial support for modernization of agriculture in Anhui Province has made some achievements, the smooth development of agricultural modernization. But with the development of agricultural modernization, how to solve a variety of financial support issues that exist in agricultural industrialization, modernization of agriculture to meet the financial support needed to achieve rapid development of agricultural modernization is a major problem faced by Anhui Development of Agricultural Modernization.Firstly, on the "modernization of agriculture", "financial support" and other related concepts are introduced, on the basis of financial development theory, the theory of financial restraint and rural finance theory, the status of Anhui Agricultural Modernization financial support system of simple analysis.Secondly, Anhui 2000--2013 years of relevant data, by factor analysis, results of modern agricultural development in Anhui Province affected agricultural investment in fixed assets, and then were scored with the balance of the primary factors in Anhui annual agricultural loans by regression analysis, obtained financial support for modernization of agriculture and there was a significant positive correlation.Again, in order to better study the financial support of the impact of agriculture on modern paper machinery total power per unit of arable fertilizer use, the unit land irrigated area, rural electrification electricity consumption, fixed asset investment in rural areas, agricultural labor productivity to, grain yield per unit area and rural per capita net income of eight agricultural modernization indicators studied by the unit root test, cointegration and error correction model derived financial support for agricultural modernization index has significant positive effect on long-term stability,but the financial support of enough, rationality needs to be further strengthened agriculture methods.Finally, integrated foregoing financial support for agricultural modernization in Anhui province, the proposal of building a financial support system of agricultural modernization in Anhui province, and put forward policy recommendations.
