Studies On Economic Relations Between China And Kazakhstan Based On The Construction Of The Belt And Road

In today’s world,the global economy is in a downward situation,and in china,we are facing a new normal economic situation.To face this economic situation,Xi Jinping put forward “The Belt and Road Initiative” strategy,which is not only an inheritance and development of the Silk Road,but also a great project for recovering the world economy and building a harmonious world.In the spirit of peaceful cooperation,openness and tolerance,mutual learning,mutual benefit and win-win,The Belt and Road strategy is aim to build an units of benefit,fate and responsibility between countries along the line.As neighbouring counties with long history of communication,China and Kazakhstan has a good relationship and tremendous cooperation potential.It’s significant to strengthen economic exchanges between the two countries within The Belt and Road strategy.Though it has a long history of economic exchanges between China and Kazakhstan,but it still has many problems.Taking the advantage of The Belt and Road strategy,we can solve these problems and promote the development of Sino Kazakh economy.From the economic aspect,the problems of Sino Kazakh economic exchanges are: trade level is low;trade liberalization has not yet been fully realized;trade structure is still relatively simple,based on energy and mineral;Kazakhstan’s infrastructure is relatively backward;other impediments caused by international economy and trade organizations.The reasons are followings: though China and Kazakhstan had a long economic communication history,but not too close,it still has many politic barriers;each other’s trade protection policy is difficult to eliminate;Kazakhstan’s economic structure is still dominated by energy and minerals,other industrial development is lagging behind,which can influent China’s investment in Kazakhstan;there will be some benefit rub between The Belt and Road strategy and other international economic organizations.From these reasons,we can through the following methods to solve those problems occurred in the economic aspect: first,to strengthen trade interaction between the two sides and to reduce barriers;second,eliminate the trade protection policy;thirdly,to increase non-energy industry and infrastructure construction investments in Kazakhstan to promote the trade diversification;fourthly,to find the common benefit with other economic organizations and achieve common development.From the superstructure aspect that restricts Sino Kazakh economic relationship development: the problems are mainly consist of a phenomenon of multinational game in Kazakhstan,a lacking communication between China and Kazakhstan and the threat of the Three Evils.The reasons are because Kazakhstan is in a very important geographically position,Kazakh’s comprehensive national strength is not high,Sino Kazakh cultural communication is not frequent these years and Kazakhstan has a complex ethnic and religious elements.For these problems,we can cooperate with other countries under the principles of The Belt and Road strategy,strengthen Sino Kazakh communication and develop Kazakh’s economy to crack down on the Three Evils.Through these methods,to create a better environment for Sino Kazakh economic relationship development.In the background of “The Belt and Road” construction,it is considerable to take some targeted methods to promote Sino Kazakh economic relationship development.In the economic aspect,we should strengthen Sino Kazakh trade interaction,promote Sino Kazakh trade liberalization,increase non-energy industry and infrastructure construction investments in Kazakhstan and find the common benefit with other economic organizations.In the superstructure aspect,we can cooperate with other countries,strengthen Sino Kazakh cultural communication and promote Kazakh’s economic development to crack down on the Three Evils.There are some specific advices in the culture aspect to promote Sino Kazakh cultural communication in this paper,which is aim to enrich the resultant forces to promote Sino Kazakh economic relationship development.
