A Study On The Factors Influencing The Performance Of GEM IPO Company

In recent years,China's capital market has stable development.With the investment market hot,more companies choose to appear on the market to raise social funds.As a "ticket",enterprises make IPO to enter the capital market and play a key role.IPO corporate performance decline has created the so-called "exchange face" phenomenon.Both in foreign capital market and the main board market of our country the phenomenon has already been proved.IPO enterprise performance has always been a high concern of the academic circles at home and abroad.How to help investors identify whether the listed companies have a tendency to face performance,and avoid some risks.How to establish effective supervision mechanism,which supplies a theoretical foundation for monitors in the implementation of supervision to reduce and eventually eliminate face performance occurred.These are the public and the media have been discussed and call,but few people paid attention to academic circles.But few in academia have been able to understand the results of the IPO before and after the IPO.Firstly,theorety of domestic and foreign is the possible factors affecting the decline in performance are summarized in this paper.From the view of market environment,corporate governance,regulatory system,intermediary institutions,political relation and so on,we explored the influencing factors and summarizes the influencing factors of before and after the IPO performance enterprise of fluctuations,the use of AHP to comprehensive evaluation of influence factors.Through data analysis study,surplus management and unreasonable corporate governance structure is two main influencing factors.From the internal control and accounting rules and regulations,audit risk,perfecting the corporate governance structure,this article gives some suggestions.In the course of the study,less sample data,space bound as well as other reasons,the study on enterprise performance decline IPO has some shortcomings.
