Aerospace manufacturing system has important significance for the development of the national economy.Modern manufacturing management theories,such as Material Requirement Planning,Enterprise Resource planning,Just in Tim,Optimized Production Technology,Agile Manufacturing,and Manufacturing Executive System,which is difficult to meet the needs of rapid development of military enterprises.Research on flexible job-shop multi-objective scheduling and optimization has been the important content of the research on advanced manufacturing technology,research and application of effective scheduling and optimization plays an important role for manufacturing enterprises to reduce production cost and improve production efficiency,etc.With the application of simulation technology in the production process,the problems in the process of production are exposed and adjustment is made timely,thus the allocation of manufacturing resources is optimized and the risk is avoided.This paper studies multi-objective scheduling and simulation of flexible job shop,a mathematical optimization model of multi-objective FJSP is set up,an improved NSGA-II is used to solve the model,and based on Plant Simulation,a simulation experiment of production line is conducted.
