| In recent years,the domestic economic situation is more serious,but financial deregulation is still the main tone.A large number of complex new products and new business have been pushed out,and the in novation development of securities companies is facing an unprecedented historical opportunity.All securities companies hope to be able to seize the opportunity of reform,to preempt the new business market,to improve profitability,to realize rapid development.Security industry is a talent-intensive industry.The ratio of human cost in operating costs is very high.It is self-evident that the position of human resource management,HRM for short,during the development of a securities company is very important.This paper takes basic theory of HRM as the starting point,takes J Securities as the research object,and takes the improvement strategies of HRM as the study clue.It summarizes the development status and HRM situation of J Securities.This paper also sums up the problems of HRM,emphasizes the strategies of effectiveness management accompany with the characteristics and practices of HRM.This paper proposes the specific strategies to improve the HRM of J Securities,such as setting up the mechanism of work analysis,setting up the mechanism of human resource planning,expanding the ways of recruiting talents,improving the training system and the performance management system.In addition,this paper put forward the improvement strategies from the perspective of salary management and labor relation management.The research on improvement strategies of J Securities HRM will help enhance HRM level and core competitiveness of the company,in order to grasp development opportunity and make leap-forward development. |
