In the present era,the knowledge-based enterprises represented by the Internet economy are flourishing.The knowledge-based enterprises are based on science and technology.Human capital is the core and the knowledge is reused,which is different from the traditional enterprises.Therefore,knowledge workers with knowledge capital become the most important factors to keep the core competitiveness and sustainable competitive advantage.However,the loss of talented people in knowledge-based enterprises and the lack of effective human resource management are troubling the development of enterprises.Based on the theory of human resource management of knowledge-based enterprises,this paper analyzes the characteristics of human resource management in knowledge-based enterprises,and analyzes the current situation of human resource management of H Company with knowledge-based H human resources management as the research object.Questionnaire survey method analysis of the main problems,and proposed to optimize the company H human resources management methods.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,aiming at the characteristics of human resource management in knowledge-based enterprises,this paper points out the background and practical significance of this paper,and concludes the basic ideas and research methods of this paper,combining with the research results of human resource management research of domestic and foreign scholars' knowledge-based enterprises,Innovation on the basis of that the focus of this study and difficult.Secondly,this paper combs the relevant theories of human resource management,analyzes the characteristics of knowledge-based enterprises,the characteristics of human resources management and the role of methods,and selects knowledge-based H companies as research cases,from staff education,staff salaries and benefits,human capital production This paper analyzes the existing problems of human resource planning,talent evaluation mechanism and personnel flow by using questionnaire survey,and points out some characteristics of human resource management in knowledge-based enterprises and some problem.Finally,the author puts forward the measures to optimize the human resource management of H Company from the aspects of talent recruitment,performance evaluation,build enterprise culture and optimize employee incentive methods.Through the research of this subject,the author puts forward the evaluation basis and suggestion for the optimization of the knowledge enterprise in the optimization of human resource management,and promotes the enterprise to improve the human resource management and realize the benefit of knowledge capital.
