In 2014,it was a turning point in the development of the liquor industry.Before the year,the liquor industry despite fierce internal competition,but market has formed a win-win situation,especially Maotai,Wuliangye Group,Luzhou Group,Yang wine,several large liquor manufacturers not only to seize most of the market share,but also get a huge profit.However,liquor plasticizers,Prohibition released by the government and other events brought the liquor industry greatly test.Especially in the second half of 2014 late liquor market decline in demand,but the wine production is still rising,some of the liquor manufacturers are still building new wine base,which for the future development of enterprises are drawbacks,as businesses should always be market-oriented.Therefore,at this critical moment looming,companies should make strategic adjustments to obtain opportunities to rectify after the liquor market,to enable enterprises to be invincible.From the theoretical level,firstly on the theory of marketing theory and brand positioning carried out and have a solid understanding of the theory,this article carried out the external environment,internal structure and the analysis of the target market,from the policy,economic,social technical four angles of the spirits market were analyzed and evaluated after Heilongjiang Province liquor market and economic analysis of the current situation,the market is still in Heilongjiang Province identified potential development space.Then analyze the internal situation of enterprises through research Luzhou Group has a combination of marketing strategy,the final analysis of the target market,and from marketing 4Ps theory,the strategies enterprises should take to finalize the Luzhou Group marketing strategy in Heilongjiang province combination.Through the above analysis,we develop a combination of business marketing strategies,and proposed a secure implementation of corporate marketing strategy and implementation of proposals in the hope through research and design of this paper can really help further Luzhou Group in Heilongjiang Province liquor market,establish brand image,enhance brand value tocontribute.
