| The effective combination of technology and finance is v ery important to promote the development of science and technology,the transformation of achievements and the development of new and high technology industries.The sci-tech finance combines science and technology and finance,which are active factors in the economic development,make an innovation system which is developed by the combination of each other.Although the development of sci-tech finance in Guangdong province is relatively fast throughout the country,there is still a great need for further s tudy on the quantitative deficiencies of the science and technology,especially the great difference between the Pearl River Delta and other part of Guangdong province.On the basis of summing up and analyzing the existing literature,the author divided the financial investment into the government finance,science and technology investment,enterprise R&D investment and commercial bank and capital market investment.This paper defined the efficiency of sci-tech finance and technology innovation,and expound the relevant theoretical models and empirical models.Through the detailed analysis of the development of sci-tech finance in Guangdong Province,the auther found that science and technology investment in Guangdong province is among the best in China,and regional innovation capability ranks second.The Pearl River Delta innovation development is driven stably,and establish the Pearl River Delta national innovation demonstration zone;but the other part of Guangdong province which account for 70% of the area,a population of nearly 50 million of the 12 city,its development of science and technology foundation is weak,it has less investment and of low level of technology and finance.At the same time,based on DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)analysis method and DEA-Malmquist index analysis method,this paper makes a static and dynamic analysis of the impact of Guangdong science and technology investment on the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation bas ed on the Guangdong province panel data.The research shows that Guangdong province is the one of the two comprehensive technology province within three years(comprehensive technical efficiency is 1).From the regional perspective,Guangzhou is the only one integrated technique and sustained growth in three years,the Pearl River Delta's comprehensive technology level is higher than the rest part of Guangdong province;the rest part of Guangdong province's DEA analysis is invalid in three years,because i ts size is invalid.Based on the Guangdong province sci-tech finance present situation analysis and empirical research of it,we should insist the Pearl River Delta core pattern,drive the development of the rest part of Guangdong province.Among the pioneers of innovation in Guangzhou City,th technology financial group of guangzhou is an example to establish a set of financial services technology platform covering venture investment,sci-tech finance,industrial park and the operation of the capital;the Shenzhen and Shantou cooperation zone is an example to the rest part of Guangdong province,based on industrial facilities,guide industrial cluster. |
