Under the shock of market economy, different state-owned grain circulation enterprises chose different paths.In this paper, we study on the competitive strategy of Liaoning H Co.,Ltd, in order to improve the overall company management level, enhance sustainable profitability and the company’s competitiveness in the market. While provide supports and practical guidance for other researchers.Firstly, on the basis of strategic management learn from modern thought of strategic management and related strategy theory, According to actual management situation and the surrounding objective environment of Liaoning H Co.,Ltd, this paper use PEST model and Five forces model to analyse external macro and micro environment of this company objectively. Secondly, the overall competitive strategy of Liaoning H Co.,Ltd is constructed and the strategic objective is established by using SWOT analysis method. Finally, this paper put forward the corresponding security measures to achieve strategic objectives.In conclusion, by studying the competitive strategy of Liaoning H Co.,Ltd, this paper want to provide reference for province grain circulation enterprises to formulate competitive strategies and achieve strategic objectives. |
