Along with human resource management theory maturing relationship between research and mechanism of leadership behavior, leadership style, leadership effectiveness and situational leadership and organizational climate between the description of Human Resource Management has become a core branch, which Fiedler Contingency Theory the study will guide the leadership effectiveness of situational leadership behavior and leadership matching features of the category, and thus the formation of leadership behavior and effectiveness research paradigm under scenarios matching features.Meanwhile, combined with human resource management in Chinese enterprises in reality, we find that the universality of the enterprise Human Resource Management inefficiency features.
