Today digital and technology serving as the main force of the era, based on the deep resources, huge scale, and earnest to implement of new process, A company wants to apply actively social, mobile,cloud computing and data analysis of these four technologies(SMAC), focusing on synchronous transformation of employees, processes, and services, etc.Based on the audit process, solutions from different aspects are put forward to improve the audit process. At the same time, the front-end process--employee expense claims which is closely linked to audit process is also put forward the corresponding optimization scheme.Through the common transformation of all aspects of the company to achieve the overall optimization of the internal audit process. Thirdly, target of process optimization and implementation framework, then mainly from five aspects to elaborate the specific measures for process optimization, including rules and regulations, personnel, system,process operation and data analysis, etc. Fouthly, effect analysis from three aspects,corresponding of service capability, risk control and tax influence, then indicate potential risk and resolution.
