In the era of information technology,a low-cost and high-efficiency management model has become an important goal pursued by enterprises.As an important factor restricting the development of an enterprise,Intensive,specialized and intelligent of the financial management model has been adopted by more and more enterprises.Standardized operating procedures are an important symbol of financial shared services.Therefore,process optimization has become an important means to improve the company’s financial management level.As Michael Hamer said,process is the key theme of 21st century business,and process optimization is used to distinguish successful and failed organizations.From the perspective of the industry,with the development of the information age,more and more enterprises want to improve their core competitiveness by optimizing the operation process of the financial sharing center.occupies an increasingly important position.From the company’s point of view,as a leading domestic property insurance company,P Property&Casualty Insurance Company has certain problems in its financial management model and intelligent and standardized operating procedures,and has certain room for optimization.At the same time,expense reimbursement is a shared financial service.The module with the largest workload in the center,how to improve the expense reimbursement workflow so as to improve the efficiency of expense reimbursement has become one of the important tasks of the enterprise.In this context,this paper selects a large property insurance company as the research object.Research and optimize the expense reimbursement process under the object financial sharing mode.As a large property and casualty insurance company,the provincial branch of P Property and Casualty Insurance Company H has established 13 branch companies with more than 250 service outlets throughout the province.The company has problems such as a large organization,many organizational levels,a large number of employees,and low business processing efficiency.In July 2011,the branch of H province established a financial sharing center according to the instructions of the superior company to provide relevant financial services for internal customers in the province.From 2011 to 2014,the financial sharing center of the provincial branch of H went online and promoted the expense reimbursement system,the new collection and payment system,the SAP system and commission system,etc.,to provide internal customers with services in expense reimbursement,general ledger,budget and tax.Due to the company’s large organization,large business volume,many organizational levels,and large number of employees,more attention should be paid to the intensification,intelligence and standardization of business processes in order to improve work efficiency,improve work quality,and reduce operating costs.,to provide better services for the development of the company.This thesis starts from the expense reimbursement module,which was first introduced in the financial sharing center of P&C Insurance Company H.By reading literature and surveying company employees,sort out the company’s expense reimbursement business process,identify problems and solve them.The problems are identified and targeted solutions are proposed.First,I searched for the previous scholars’ summary of the concepts of financial sharing and process management,the description of the existing expense reimbursement process model,the existing problems,and the development of the expense reimbursement process under the background of big data.The related research provides a theoretical basis for the whole paper.Secondly,through the analysis of the working experience of the employees of the enterprise financial sharing center and the use effect of the existing expense reimbursement process and system,it is concluded that the expense reimbursement process of P Property Insurance Company H province branch has four problems that inefficient expense reimbursement process,failed to achieve control purpose and the risk control needs to be improved under the process,and the failure to establish an effective communication and feedback mechanism.Finally,aiming at the specific problems existing in the process of expense reimbursement,targeted solutions are put forward,including improving the work efficiency of the system through intelligent and automated technical modules in the expense reimbursement system;The expense reimbursement process achieves the purpose of budget control and data classification statistics;it improves the expense reimbursement process risk management and control system,and establishes an efficient and effective system through three aspects:setting up multi-level approval procedures for funds,improving the independence of expense reimbursement audit work,building a secure financial information system and Establishing an effective communication and feedback mechanism.In addition,in order to effectively and continuously carry out the optimized system of reimbursement,the paper will guarantee this target with two manners:one aspect is to establish a process optimization system.First,it is necessary to establish a standardized business process system and strengthen the system execution;secondly It is to establish a performance appraisal system based on process management to strengthen employees’ awareness;finally,to establish a process optimization evaluation position to ensure the effective implementation of various systems.On the other hand,it is to establish a multi-dimensional performance appraisal system and set performance appraisal indicators from multiple perspectives and all directions,so as to create a good development environment for employees.As a large domestic property and casualty insurance company,the expense reimbursement module under the financial sharing model has greater similarity with other companies in the same industry.Based on the study of the current status of the expense reimbursement process under the financial sharing model of P Property and Casualty Insurance Company,which have certain significance for other companies in the same industry.
