Science and technology talents are very important to the development of the enterprise.However,with the continuous improvement of enterprise talents loss severity it gets the attention of the enterprise of science and technology talents.So,attracting and retaining talents of science and technology is the key measures to avoid heavy losses.And equity incentive is an important advantage in attracting and retaining talents.Enterprise of scientific and technological personnel to implement equity incentive is an effective means to attract and retain such talent,it not only can be stable enterprise overall talent team,but also can improve the innovation ability of enterprises,ultimately be beneficial to the improvement of the enterprise overall performance level.For enterprises,implement equity incentive for the enterprise of scientific and technological talents is refers to the enterprise shareholder or owner staking the stock assigned with enterprise's scientific and technological personnel.It fully mobilize the enthusiasm of scientific and technological personnel and encourage scientific and technological personnel to improve company performance and hard work.Most scholars research on scientific and technological personnel of equity incentive effect is only limited to the relationship of equity incentive and his or her company performance research,lacking of other aspects of the analysis of the incentive effect.In this thesis,the study of the equity incentive effect of enterprise scientific and technological personnel from the consistency of the target of scientific and technological personnel action,action target of achieving,action target efficiency,enterprising spirit and corporation performance of comprehensive research on the five aspects.Build the enterprise scientific and technological personnel evaluation mechanism in the process of assessing equity incentive effect,mainly includes how to build index system about the incentive effect,how to evaluate,for the index design of the questionnaire and collect empirical data,combining with the above enterprise scientific and technological personnel equity incentive effect of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for empirical analysis.Combined with our country enterprise scientific and technological personnel of equity incentive and the pattern of shareholding enterprises of science and technology talents,based on the analysis of enterprise scientific and technological personnel holdings found: different levels of employee shareholding stake in several different incentive effect is also different,also found the same number of equity for different levels of technology will produce different incentive effect.The last,it gives some opinions and suggestions about management of science and technology talents according to the conclusion of the enterprise.
