Research On The Influence Factors Of Chinese Enterprises' Investment Location Choice

With the deepening of economic globalization,the world's relations are more and more close,from the initial advocacy of "introducing" to the "going out" because of the rapid development of the domestic economy,Chinese enterprises have more and more opportunities.The ten ASEAN countries are the ten countries in Southeast Asia and are one of the largest economies in the world.With the establishment of China ASEAN Free Trade Area in 2010,trade between the two sides is more convenient,Chinese enterprises have a greater market for direct investment in ASEAN.This paper mainly studies the factors affecting the location choice of the ten ASEAN countries.Starting from the theory of foreign direct investment location choice,sum up the 6 conditions for Chinese investment theory,and have a brief analysis;Then,analysis the current situation of China's enterprises to invest in ASEAN countries,including investment scale,investment's industry distribution and the investment's country distribution;and analysis the environment of ASEAN,mainly from three aspects,including political and legal,economic and social cultural,political and legal environment include political stability,government efficiency and government investment policies,the economic environment includes three aspects of economic development level,economic structure and infrastructure,social and cultural environment includes two aspects: cultural customs and labor conditions;After understanding of the current situation of ASEAN and ASEAN's own investment environment,I come out the location factors of ASEAN investment choices from the theoretical analysis,and use empirical methods to verify the impact factors on the location choice;finally,I offer the ASEAN investment location strategy and investment suggestions.
