Research On Economic Benefits Of Industrial Enterprises In Xinjiang Based On Quality Index

In recent years,the development trend of Xinjiang's industrial enterprises is pretty well,Xinjiang industrial added value accounted for nearly 40% of GDP in 2015,which has become an important role of economic development and power engine.As the core area of Silk Road Economic Belt,the advantages of Xinjiang's location and resource-based industries are becoming more and more obvious.How can industrial enterprises rely on the advantages of resources to achieve more economic benefits and how to promote the economic and social development of Xinjiang to a "high quality low consumption" way is the future of concern.It is a great significance that the analysis of industrial enterprise,which is based on the quality index,accesses to economic benefit evaluation for the depth and innovation of the industrial development.Therefore,this paper will study the development status and characteristics of Xinjiang industrial enterprises.It is not only helps economic efficiency of industrial enterprises in the industrial optimization and upgrading by constructing quality index.At the same time,it can give some reference for the further improvement of the overall efficiency of industrial enterprises.Firstly this paper delineates the scope of research,defines the research category,quality index and economic benefit evaluation index,and adopts normalized processing method and principal component analysis method as the data processing method for the follow-up research.On the basis of the above,this paper analyzes the status and characteristics of Xinjiang industrial enterprises through qualitative comparative analysis and construction of quality index by means of statistical data and database from three dimensions: scale,industry and listed companies.From the scale of development and operating conditions show that the overall situation of industrial enterprises is optimistic in Xinjiang,and resource-based industries is still a dominant industry,listed industrial enterprises have a strong competitive edge.In terms of quality,the quality index of Xinjiang's industrial industry reflects a "polarization" trend,and the quality index of manufacturing and processing industry was worrying.The quality index of different scale industrial enterprises increased year by year,and the gap becomes less than before between the quality of small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises.Secondly,by constructing evaluation system based on quality index and analyzes the economic benefits of enterprises of different sizes,sectors and listed industrial enterprises.Furthermore,the paper analyzes the relations between quality index and economic benefits which will bring a more clear picture.The paper concludes that the market sales profit rate,production cost and quality index are the main factors affecting the Xinjiang's economic efficiency of industrial enterprises.Finally,according to the analysis,the paper finds out the problems relate to R&D,production,operation,sales and quality of Xinjiang industrial enterprises,and make suggestions to promote the economic benefits of Xinjiang industrial enterprises from multiple aspects so as to accelerate the long term and healthy development of Xinjiang industrial enterprises,and consolidate the strategic position of Xinjiang in the " the Belt and Road”.
