Tomato products is a worldwide demand for crops, its high nutritional value. With the acceleration of economic globalization, the scale of the world tomato products trade has expanded in recent years, especially fresh tomatoes and tomato paste, rapid growth in trade volume. From the world production of vegetables, tomato has become the highest yield varieties of vegetables in the vegetable. Over the years the world trade scale from vegetables, tomato products trade volume has been ranked third in the world. Therefore, tomato production has play a decisive role in the status of world agricultural production and trade. Xinjiang tomato industry is a industry grow sturdily red. The government of the autonomous region to expand tomato planting area as an important means to increase farmers’ income. At the same time, increase the strength of support tomato processing enterprises, Xinjiang has become China’s largest export production of tomato sauce. This paper is the use of statistical analysis methods on years of industrial tomato planting input, output, income data was analyzed, found that tomato planting cost and expenses are rising, but direct costs account for the total cost of increasingly large proportion, that planting tend to be reasonable. Through the comparison of various input factors, artificial cost occupies a large proportion of discovery. Through the discovery of nearly eight years of continuous substitution method, tomato output growth is due in part to output growth, but the main reason is the price growth, because the price is exogenous variable, so purely from the point of improving peasant household income, it is mainly to reduce cost, improve the yield. This paper will industrial tomato and grain crops and economic crops (corn, cotton, wine grape) are compared, from the cost income angle, discovery does not have a strong advantage of planting tomato. When the sample zone, continued investigation of the sample area, collection, collation of data. Through the analysis, the Corps of tomato average grain output per mu yield was not the highest, but the coefficient of variation is small, relatively stable. The average yield of Tomato in different areas where some higher or lower than the Corps corps, the larger coefficient of variation of the yield, output fluctuation. The Corps would cost more than the local cost. The econometric analysis shows, the fertilizer for the obvious effect of increasing yield. Drip irrigation was higher than that of irrigation. In the tomato planting cost, picking costs account for a large proportion of the total cost. The loss of efficiency in the sales process is also very serious, household income is often is not the kind of good or bad, mainly to see the sales process is a serious loss.
