With the globalization constantly expand to every corner of the world,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,industry and information integrate deeply,it will improve the supply chain to reduce the cost of the product,and it will improve the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.Agricultural machinery enterprises belong to discrete manufacturing enterprises,the agricultural machinery production is complex to manufacture,the material management is difficult because it owns a large numbers of parts.By the establishment of agricultural production management system,the enterprise management-layer will connect the control-layer closely.As a result,the implementation of the manufacturing plans are strengthen,the organization and management of the production process become much more effective,the utilization rate of production resources will be improved,and ultimately the level of enterprise information management will be upgraded.According to the problem existing in the production management process where is in Xinjiang agricultural production enterprises,combining with the enterprise actual industrial engineering advanced management mode,make all use of the existing infrastructure and all kinds of computer aided technology,looking forward to the management system structure of a Xinjiang agricultural enterprises,and it establishes agricultural machinery the production management system based on MES.Finally,it will realize the domination of the material information accurately,controlling the flow of the materials much more effectively.The system realizes the management of materials timely.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper introduces the theory of production management,production capacity,bill of materials,inventory optimization,management of quality and so on.Secondly,analysis the lack of MRP operation,design the algorithm of the net demand which is based on the bottleneck material,realize the identification of the bottleneck materials in the production process,and make the best use of the stock materials.Thirdly,through the analysis of enterprise business process,the software architecture and hardware architecture of the system are designed.Finally,based on the background of the production management of a Xinjiang agricultural production enterprise,combined with industrial engineering advanced production management mode,which is developed by C# language,SQL Server2008 database,and design the agricultural production management system based on MES,Including modules just like basic information management,production plan management,product quality management and handheld machine module.Agricultural production management system based on MES is developed in this paper,integrate the information of the other digital management system(such as PDM,ERP etc.),the integration of the mutual coordination between the various processes?people?machines?materials?methods and links,leading to effective integration of the rational allocation of production resources,reduce the influence of human factors,adopt the handset production to collect data in time,control the material operation accurately,improve the quality of agricultural products,to enhance the ability of information technology and the management level.
