Study On The Operational Issues In Term Of Basic Pension Insurance System For Regimental Farming Staff

Regarding the issue that front-line farming staff occupied in agricultural industry with low earnings are treated with unified basic pension system for workers in which average social wages is served as payment base.We put forward reasonable and maneuverable proposals,and an appropriate way is applied to the basic pension insurance system for rural regimental staff ensuring that the annuity standard for regimental staff maintains at certain level after their retirement.By data statistics on running conditions of endowment insurance system for the regimented staff from2011-2015,withdrawing the direct factors that affect the running and development of endowment insurance system such as personnel structure?payment base?annuity level?dependency coefficient,etc.And make focused analysis on the differentiation in term of variation tendency,ranges of increase and decrease and comparison between countries and between municipalities targeted at the above factors.For this reason,to explore and to study the basic pension insurance system for regimental farm staff is to some extent of significance as a supplement to the existing basic insurance system for enterprise employees and social endowment insurance system for urban residents.
