Internationally mature capital markets trade in over-the-counter markets.Therefore,in order to build a multi-tiered capital market system,our policy must be beneficial to the development of the OTC market.In particular,the development of the four-plate market for large and medium-sized enterprises is the regional equity trading center.In recent years,regional equity trading centers have been developing rapidly,providing individualized financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises in their area.The paper analyzes the financing situation of small and medium enterprises,and thinks that the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises have financing problems.They need to use regional equity trading centres to get financial services.This paper discusses the whole distribution process of this innovative product in the case of a private fundraising debt issued by the Qilu equity trading center.Finally,by analyzing and summarizing the actual case,the conclusion is drawn.The issue of privately raised company bonds requires prior due diligence and timely disclosure of information.The stock exchange center needs to have perfect information disclosure platform,rich innovation products and detailed regional market stratification.
