Study On The Evaluation Of Corporate Performance Of Listed Companies In Fujian Province Based On Factor Analysis

With the rapid development of today's social economy,listed companies perform as a pioneer in enterprise reform,and occupy a leading position in the regional enterprises.The development of listed companies is a reflection of the regional economy just like an "barometer".The operating level and profitability of listed companies are also relevant to the investor's own interests,their business performance and development trend has a crucial impact on the growth of regional economic.In recent years,a number of national key strategies and policies are in strong support of the economic development of Fujian Province,from the construction of "Hercynian" to "Fujian Free Trade Zone",and then to the development of "Maritime Silk Road core area",which are invaluable opportunities to economic and social development of Fujian Province.With the help of these policy opportunities and development platform,will enhance the competitiveness of listed companies in Fujian Province,and accelerate those listed companies to make great progress.It will make a positive contribution for fujian province's social and economic development,also have important practical significance to the research of performance evaluation of listed company in Fujian Province.This paper introduces the current development of listed companies in Fujian Province.By using the annual financial data from 111 listed companies in Fujian Province as sample,then selecting 16 data indexes to establish a index system to analyse and reflect four main factors,which are profit ability,debt paying ability,growth ability,and operation ability.And by using the SPSS23.0 statistical software to calculate the main factors of listed companies.According to the result to complete the sorting of listed companies in Fujian Province,and to make comparison of company business type,and region distribution.On this basis,Proposing the corresponding policies and suggestions for the development of the listed company in fujian province,and providing certain reference value to the improvement of the overall level of performance.Through the empirical analysis of the performance evaluation of listed companies in Fujian Province,the results show that the regional development of listed companies in Fujian is not balanced,lack of regional characteristics and advantages,the layout of the industry structure is unreasonable,the scale is not big,the quality of listed companies is more serious,GEM,privateenterprises and emerging industries have plenty space for growth.In general,the profitability and solvency of listed companies is better.The lack of operational capacity and growth capacity,which constrain the overall performance of listed companies in Fujian Province.
