Study On The Way To Deal With The Transformation Of Chongqing Iron & Steel Group In The Background Of Global Steel Production Overcapacity

After the 2008 financial crisis,the global economic recovery is slow,the market demand downturn,the international iron and steel production capacity utilization overall declining,fell to 69.3% in 2016,the global steel industry operating conditions deteriorate,excess iron and steel industry is a global problem into focus at home and abroad.Overcapacity is normal phenomenon in the process of economic transition,the developed countries such as America and Japan's in the process of economic transformation also appeared.In the 70 s and 1950 s,Japan Europe and other countries have experienced a nearly 30 years of iron and steel industry golden period,but after the 70 s,these countries started to enter the stage of excess production capacity,dissolve the excess capacity is close to or even more than 20 years.In the face of the global steel industry overcapacity,the Chinese government actively deal with,and put forward reform of the supply side,in early 2016,based on long-term,in the \"structure,go way,promote the upgrade process,through the\" three to fill a drop \"an effective way to thoroughly solve the problem of overcapacity in steel.In addition to the excess capacity,many domestic steel enterprises main business loss serious,high debt is most of the current iron and steel enterprises is faced with challenges to the survival and development.In recent years,the debt become the common practices of iron and steel enterprises in our country,the enterprise debt balance increases year by year,the high debt has become a heavy burden of enterprise development,the iron and steel industry of the financial crisis could to explode at any time.Based on this,this paper respectively from the concept of excess production capacity,the measure,causes and management of literature review.Then a brief description about the present situation of global steel overcapacity,selection and transformation of survival and development challenges,to erase the most pressing sintering group as a real case,explore its disbursement transformation measures and path.Finally,this paper under the background of global steel overcapacity,from chongqing steel group,together with the present situation of chongqing steel group from management mechanism,business operations,financial financing three angles are also proposed.In alleviating financial problems after,can actively seeking group of foreign development space,and may carry on the location selection according to the theory of international industry transfer,make capacity can also \ "going out\",turning challenges into opportunities.
