XX Scrap Car Recycling And Dismantling Project Control Research

With the continuous increase in the number of car ownership,car scrap has become a serious social and environmental problem.In accordance with the general goal of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society in the country,it is of great significance to improve the level of recycling of resources and to save energy and reduce consumption.In this paper,the author tries to put forward some ideas and suggestions on the project management of scrap car recycling.In this paper,the background and the status quo,the purpose and significance of the research,and the content and structure of this paper are studied.Then,the theory of recycling and dismantling of scrapped automobiles is studied,and the structure of the vehicle and the national standard of vehicle scrap are introduced briefly,and the necessity and feasibility of the application of project management are analyzed.Again,the scrap car recycling and dismantling of the entire project life cycle is studied.The project mainly divided into the implementation of recycling scrap car dismantling project start,project planning,project control and project ending and etc..The application of WBS is analyzed,and the method of application of Gantt chart brainstorming on project schedule,resource and cost plan to do the research,application of Gantt chart comparison method to study the project progress control of project cost control method to analyze the application of earned value.The last is the conclusion and suggestions,through the research and analysis of the preceding chapters,which summarize the scrap car recycling and dismantling project conclusion,put forward the lack of research,and put forward some of the future scrap automobile recycling dismantling industry development proposals.
