Research On The Innovation Governance Model Of Internet Enterprises

Internet enterprises' vigorous and rapid development has become the highlight of China's economic development these years.The Internet as its foundation,brings higher operational efficiency,better operating results,faster growth rate,more environmental management and more convenient customer-experience,which attracts more social attention andloyal consumers.Internet enterprises' rapid development is precisely conform to the transformation of China's economical development.While concerned about their vigorous development,we also inevitably note that China's internet enterprises are facing great pressure,harsh competition and severe market test.In this environment,about how the internet enterprises can survive,their internal governance would be particularly critical,and to improve and strengthen corporate governance constantly is the premise of keeping competitive and gaining healthy development.At present,the governance structure and mode of China's enterprises are often directly copied from the results of western developed countries.The special needs of the growth of China's internet enterprises are rarely taken into account,leading to some problems in the governance.In this case,the remarkable success made by Alibaba group,is closely related to its unique corporate governance model-the partner system.This governance mode full of Alibaba group's characteristics provides a new way for internet enterprises some new thoughts for innovating governance model.This paper chooses the excellent governance model of the Alibaba Group in the internet enterprise-the partner system as the case to study and analysis,combined with the relevant theory of corporate governance and the current situation of Chinese current internet enterprises' governance.For the governance model's innovation of Chinese internet enterprises,the analysis at the innovation,the advantages and the controversy of Alibaba group's partner system can provide some new ideas and directions such as improving the team building and internal supervision mechanism,coordinating the interests of investors and entrepreneurs and steadying human capital's decision-control.
