Improved Financial Strategy Matrix Application Research

As an important part of corporate strategy,financial strategy is closely related to the rise and fall,success or failure of the enterprise,therefore the domestic and foreign scholars study of financial strategy theory and to deepen and improve it.In 2000,the American scholar Gabriel Hawawini and Claude Vieri first put forward financial strategy matrix model,which combines EVA theory with sustainable growth theory.Because the theory that based on this perspective was novel,scholars at home and abroad learn for its research started gradually.The applied study of the theory is relatively less.Based on this,this paper will take the biological products industry as research object.Integrate theory with practice,Study on the application of financial strategy matrix,Hope it can play a role in the enterprise financial strategy management and be used as a kind of effective tools that detect and make financial strategy.This article collected financial data from 2012 to 2015 of biological products industry listed companies,and use the financial strategy matrix to classify these biological products listed companies.The results show that the theory is reasonable for the classification of the enterprise.To analyze the average distribution of the biological products industry listed companies in quadrant case from 2012 to 2015,we can see that: Most of the life of the products enterprise belong to the cash shortage type and a small number of life products enterprises belong to the type of surplus cash on respect of the surplus and shortage of cash.On respect of dimension of value creation,Some enterprises within the industry value-added,there are also some enterprises whose value is in cutting.Last it can be confirmed that the theory of strategic measures in the actual management is applicable through the case analysis,which shows that financial strategy matrix can be used as an effective tool in financial strategy management.
