Opportunities And Risks Of Chinese Investments In Central And Eastern Europe

European debt crisis has changed the investment environment in Central and Eastern European countries,the urgent need to introduce foreign capital,especially eager to seek the support of Chinese capital and enterprises,and the cooperation of Central and Eastern European countries has gradually become a new growth point of Sino-EU economic and trade cooperation.In this paper,China and the economic and trade relations between Central and Eastern Europe in the context of a new stage of China's investment in Central and Eastern European countries to study the process of investment opportunities and risks encountered in the empirical test conducted an analysis of government policies,,Enterprise strategy and choice of decision-making recommendations.First of all,through the analysis of the current situation of the economic development and investment in Central and Eastern Europe,combined with the background of "One Belt One Road" background,summed up several favorable factors for investment in specific industries in China.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of China's investment in Central and Eastern Europe and the further study of these characteristics,this paper obtains the importance and practical significance of Chinese enterprises' investment in Central and Eastern Europe.Based on the theory of international production eclecticism and investment-induced factor combination,,Poland,Romania,the three key countries of the specific investment situation.Although the Chinese enterprises to invest in Central and Eastern European markets will be strong,but the Central and Eastern European market for Chinese enterprises is still relatively new market,so the process of investment will still face some risks and challenges.Finally,in view of the main problems of China's investment in Central and Eastern Europe,this paper gives solutions from government policy level,industry level and enterprise strategy level,and summarizes and prospects China's investment in Central and Eastern Europe in the future.
