The use of human resources management theory and related incentive theory to analyze the incentive problems of Shanxi employees of the Mobile Corporation,through the research to provide some realistic significance to optimization design reasonable incentive mechanism of Shanxi Mobile Corporation.The first use of a literature review analysis,summarizes the domestic and foreign related incentive theory,and then summarized,provides a theoretical basis and methods for the study;secondly,using the methods of questionnaire survey and interview survey the incentive problems of Shanxi Mobile Corporation employees,on the one hand materials collection,further understanding of the reason of the current situation and problems of the incentive mechanism of the incentive employees of the Mobile Corporation in Shanxi;then,through the analysis of the system construction of the Shanxi Mobile Corporation employee incentive system analysis,put forward from three aspects of construction strategy of power system optimization,optimization,occupation ability system development opportunities system optimization;finally,according to the key problems of strategy implementation process in the construction of the incentive system,we proposed to establish a common development concept,establish occupation development guidance mechanism,Qiang Huapei Safeguard measures of training and constructing harmonious and innovative enterprise culture.Through this research,mainly draws following conclusions: first,the current research on my Ancient Chinese Literature Search enterprise incentive relatively well,so how to through the practice transformation research,enhance the enthusiasm of employees,incentive mechanism design is reasonable and feasible is particularly important,therefore,based on the previous research on the research,aiming at the problem of Mobile Corporation incentive mechanism is feasible,but also can provide some reference for deepening the reform of human resources of Shanxi Mobile Corporation.Second,the current Shanxi Mobile Corporation employee incentive situation,there are still some problems,through the investigation we found that the Shanxi Mobile Corporation employees of the existing incentive mechanism is not satisfactory,the lack of a clear occupation career planning,through the discussion of these questions is to improve the Mobile Corporation employee incentive system provides a reference for the next step of construction;third,the ultimate purpose of this study is through the research to find out the optimization of Shanxi Mobile Corporation to carry out the method of employee incentive management,improve enterprise internal human resources management work quality,arouse the enthusiasm of the staff,and promote enterprises to improve efficiency and realize the sustainable development of enterprises,through this system,also its inherent problems summarized,finally puts forward reasonable suggestions for Shanxi Mobile Corporation human resources development Have important meaning.In short,through this research paper,has certain practical significance for further research on rich incentive theory,but also for the application of the theory and has important guiding significance to solve practical problems,but also to better understand the current situation of incentive problems of employees of the Mobile Corporation in Shanxi,puts forward solving measures to construct the system of scientific incentive mechanism has practical significance.
