Research On The Motivation And Effect Of U-I Cooperation From The Perspective Of Ecosystem Theory

With the accelerated process of economic globalization,technological innovation has become the decisive factor in the development of the company,region and national economy in recent years.As a typical resource-based province,the economic development of Shanxi province has been dependent on the traditional 'elements investment' and 'capital investment'.In order to keep up with the pace of society,follow the trend of the times,the development of Shanxi Province must shift to "innovation driven" The university-industry cooperation is not only an important part of the implementation of innovation driven development strategy,but also an irresistible trend.However,the development of technological innovation and U-I cooperation in Shanxi Province is far below other provinces,which situation needs to be improved.Cooperative motivation is the start point of the formation and development of cooperative relations,which has direct impact on their behavior and performance.The cooperative effect is the objective consequence of their behavior.In order to understand the current situation of U-I cooperation ecosystem in Shanxi Province fully,it is necessary to do the research for their cooperative motivation and effect.The existing research on the motivation and the effect of the U-I cooperation has some limitations:single research subject;ignoring the individual subject;lacking of comprehensive theoretical perspective;lacking of real data……This paper studies the U-I cooperation in Shanxi Province from the perspective of cooperative ecosystem.Regard university and research institute as the 'university actors',enterprise as the 'enterprise actors',government,finance and agencies as the 'third party' in the university-industry cooperation.This paper combines qualitative and quantitative research,select the three parties as samples in Shanxi Province to interview,and use the unified theoretical framework to get the real motivations and effects of the core actors(university actors and enterprise actors)in Shanxi Province and the recognize of the third party.Conclusion shows that the core actors' cooperative motivation and cooperative benefit(positive effect)are different in the specific level,but have highly similarity in the general level,which will play a certain role in development of cooperation.Conclusion also shows their cooperative drawback(negative effect)is dispersed.In addition,the third party is lack of understanding of the core actors' motivation and effect,which will affect its guidance and bridge role.Above all,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions for the development of U-I cooperative ecosystem,which has an important strategic significance for the promotion of U-I cooperation,the practice of innovation driven development strategy and the realization of the goal of innovation in Shanxi province.
