In recent years,China's vocational education ushered in the development of spring,the attention of vocational education to a new height from all walks of life.From the national level,through a series of conferences,policies and strategies to encourage the development of vocational education;From the social level,the industry take the initiative to participate in vocational education,to improve the quality of vocational education through industry participation and cooperation between schools and enterprises;From the education system,there are more than 600 colleges and universities transitioned to vocational education,expanding the scale of vocational education.The Vocational and Technical Education College of Yunnan Normal University has been approved as “a pilot unit of Higher Vocational Undergraduate Education in Yunnan province” since 2008,have cultured a large number of applied talents for the industry.Its secretarial specialty based on the characteristics of vocational education,and cultivate a large number of both understand the basic theoretical knowledge of the secretary,but also the ability to write,ability to work,ability to organize meeting,and other basic qualities and capabilities of the application of secretarial personnel for the community.With the development of society,the demand for solid theoretical basis and strong technical skills for secretarial personnel is growing from all walks of life.This requires the colleges of higher vocational undergraduate education to strengthen the professional construction of secretarial science,highlight the characteristics of application-oriented personnel training,and improve the quality of personnel training.The professional construction mainly includes three elements,that is,training objectives,curriculum and professional staff.Among them,the training objectives through the curriculum system to play a role,professional staff to provide guarantee for the implementation of the curriculum system.Therefore,this research selects the curriculum system as the breakthrough point,taking the curriculum system of secretary major of Vocational and Technical Education College of Yunnan Normal University as the research object,conduct the research from five dimensions,they are: the perspective of curriculum,curriculum objectives,curriculum set,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.Specific research content is divided into five parts:Part 1 mainly described in detail the reasons and significance of this research,and illustrates the value of the research;Through combing the domestic and foreign research on the curriculum system,the curriculum system of higher vocational education and the course system of secretary science,we find out the advantages and disadvantages of the existing research;Sort out the research content,research ideas and methods and clarify the framework and methodology of this study.Part 2 mainly explains the core concepts and related theoretical basis.Through the definition of the core concepts of higher vocational undergraduate education,secretarial science,curriculum and curriculum system,and also explains the application of the theory of vocational education curriculum,the development of the system,the core point of view,as well as the theoretical basis of this study,Finally clarified the boundary problem and theoretical basis of this study.Part 3 mainly through the investigation of the employer to general understanding the current situation and needs of secretarial staff,and find out the current shortage of Secretarial Personnel,and sum up the employer's ability needs.Such as the ability to write,ability to work,ability to organize meeting,management capabilities,etc.;Based on the investigation of teachers and students in Vocational and Technical Education College of Yunnan Normal University,we find out the curriculum system of the professional curriculum is still used the subject based curriculum,the accuracy of the orientation of curriculum objectives needs to be improved,the combination of curriculum and practical needs is not so good,curriculum implementation has not yet fully realized the established value of curriculum and single subject of curriculum evaluation,supervision is not in place and other issues.Part 4 mainly based on the ability standard,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.Combining the relevant theoretical basis and practical needs,we use the advanced experience at home and abroad for reference,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions aiming at the existing problems.The main contents are as follows: to establish the curriculum view of Vocational education;According to the actual situation,position the curriculum objectives accuratlly;Based on advanced experience,improve the ability of curriculum;Project as carrier to ensure the quality of curriculum implementation;Mutiple subjects cooperation to form a multi evaluation mechanism.Part 5 is the security mechanism.To ensure the proposed solution to play its due role,not only need to adjust the internal strcture,but also from the national,social and educational system and other aspects of the internal security mechanisms to ensure the relevant countermeasures can be truly implemented.
