In the time of knowledge economy,the company must have the innovation ability of the times,and the most important innovation practitioners are the core technology personnel of enterprises,so more and more operation want to carry out equity incentive for science and technology personnel to retain talents and create more innovative power.But from the effect of equity incentive to technology personnel,not all enterprises have achieved good results.The reasons of this situation are many,one of the reasons is that the design of the exercise price is unreasonable,lack of understanding and investigation of many factors affecting the exercise price,and the actual situation of the company is not enough,and not combined with the characteristics of science and technology personnel,ultimately affect the implementation,even to terminate the implementation of equity incentive plan.Most of the research on the price of equity incentive exercise is in the perspective of senior managers,analysis of the issue of exercise price pricing,the method of pricing and the manipulation of executive power,few of the study on the equity incentive exercise price of enterprise science and technology personnel.Therefore,this paper analyzes the existing problems of equity incentive exercise price pricing method,to improve the existing method,to build a revised pricing model of equity incentive exercise price model,and to verify the effectiveness of the modified Exercise Price pricing model,with a view to provide theoretical guidance and empirical experience for Chinese enterprises to rationalize the technology personnel equity incentive scheme.
