Science and technology personnel equity incentive is the important measures that promote transformation of sci-tech's achievements and innovation driven development. Technology determines the development of social economy and the transfonnation of sci-tech's achievements can be regarded as a important measure of science and technology level. The sci-tech personnel are the important force and key talents to promote the transformation of enterprise's sci-tech's achievements,effectively stimulating the enthusiasm of them is one of the key factors in the successful transformation of sci-tech's achievements. Equity incentive award of sci-tech personnel will be to improve the enterprise productivity level, improve the ability of transformation of sci-tech's achievements plays an important role and its economic and social benefits. Based on this, this paper studies enterprise how to effectively motivate staff to promote the smooth transformation of sci-tech's achievements of science and technology,improve the efficiency of the enterprise.First of all, this study through literature review and the related theoretical research, to analyze the importance of the stock incentives and the transformation of sci-tech's achievements on the development of enterprises, and analyzing mature degree of sci-tech's achievements plays an important role between the equity incentive of sci-tech personnel and science and technology achievements transformation performance, and to conduct a review of the three relationships,on the basis of construct the theoretical model of relationship between variable model and research hypothesis is put forward. Second, according to the research question has carried on the forecast of the questionnaire design, testing and analysis, form the formal questionnaire for the study. Finally, collected 223 valid questionnaires, using the mathematical statistics software SPSS23.0 and AMOS 17.0 and descriptive statistical analysis was carried out on the formal questionnaire data, the reliability test, confirmatoiy factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis.The empirical results indicate that:? the proportion of the total shareholding in sci-tech personnel is positively affecting the economic benefit of the transformation of sci-tech's achievements; ?The proportion of sci-tech people holding shares is positively affecting the social benefit of the transformation of sci-tech's achievements; ? The advance and development stage of sci-tech's achievements have significant positive intermediation in the economic and social benefits of the technology workers' equity incentive and the transformation of sci-tech's achievements; The market demand potential has a significant positive effect in the economic benefit of the technology workers' equity incentive and the transformation of sci-tech's achievements, but, there is no obvious intermediary function in the social benefit of the technology workers' equity incentive and the transformation of sci-tech's achievements.The research results help to enterprise managers understand the equity incentive mechanism of sci-tech personnel to promote the incentive of the transformation of sci-tech's achievements,help to improve company governance structure, and to establish a set of effective staff incentive mechanism of sci-tech have important enlightenment function, further improve the equity incentive mechanism of the enterprise and promote enterprise development to provide theoretical support.
