The Research On Space-Time Evolution Of The Land Useand It's Influential Factors In Yancheng City

In different periods and under different economic conditions,the development of land resources is different both intensively and extensively,and the land use structure will change accordingly.Land,as the carrier to the survival of human life and labor object,will seriously restrict the development of the society if it is not reasonable used At present,there exist problems like land supply and demand imbalance,cultivated land protection and food security and land-use inefficiency in the cities.Therefore,the research on the land use changes in terms of time and spaces and its' influential factors can effectively promote the rational utilization of land resources and effective configuration.Yancheng city is the biggest city in terms of area and the second city in terms of population in Jiangsu Province,during its rapid economic development,the contradiction between land and population,resources and environment will be increasingly prominent,competition is increasingly fierce in land for all aspects of land use structure is not reasonable.The paper takes Yancheng city as an example,according to the land utilization change data during 1996-2014,on the basis of the theory of information entropy,the paper studies the information entropy of land use structure change and the information entropy change of different districts of the city.Then,the paper uses principal component analysis method,analyses the influence of the information entropy change of land use structure.The result shows that: The land use structure of main components in Yancheng city is cultivated land,agricultural land,land for residential areas and mining and other unused land,the proportion of garden land,forest land,grassland and traffic land are very small,grassland only accounts for 0.7%;From the time change,land use structure in Yancheng city during 1996-2014,the trend of information entropy and equilibrium degree show volatile rises,the system of land usestructure order degree reduce.From space change: during 1996-2014,the land use structure information entropy of Lixia He economic zones and coastal economic development zone present a downward trend,the land use structure information entropy of Qubei economic development zone and Tantu resources development zone are increasing;The influential factors of land use structure change in Yancheng city,in the end can be summarized as population,economic,and urbanization.Finally,according to the empirical analysis results,this paper puts forward the suggestions to promote land use structure from the aspects of permanent delimitation of basic farmland,the population distribution,land-use planning,reward mechanism and Internet.
