| This article take the city of Rizhao as a case, from the Angle of geography space and time evolution of the spatial layout of Rizhao accommodation facilities, time evolution, and spatio-temporal evolution regularity of Fishing Village Tourism music,fish space-time evolution of the drive mechanism and so on are studied, at the same time through on-the-spot investigation and other means to obtain information, in order to guide the optimization of Fishing Village Tourism space layout in Rizhao, help Fishing Village Tourism stakeholders to make decisions.In this article, by means of Mapgis, Googlemaps, etc, from the development stage of Rizhao Fishing Village Tourism, the spatio-temporal evolution of accommodation facilities, the drive mechanism of Fishing Village Tourism space-time evolution and so on were analyzed, and the main conclusions by sunshine Fishing Village Tourism space-time evolution are:(1) from the time point of view, the development of the Rizhao Fishing Village Tourism is divided into four stages, respectively is the pilot stage, the promotion stage, corrective training stage and popularization stage. Different time periods, Fishing Village Tourism in such aspects as quantity, size, organization, has some difference.
