Intensified mining of mineral resources caused some problem,such as the enterprise labor productivity,economic benefit lowing,and wasting of resources.Study the overall satisfaction of the staff as a whole,on the one hand,ensure employees from each according to his ability,improve the labor productivity and economic benefit of enterprise,on the other hand,indirect improve enterprise production in the process of the current situation of the disaster caused by insufficient staff competency.The main content of the research are:(1)system analysis to the theory of post match employees.According to the existing staff,the study of basic theory,combined with the analysis of mining enterprises under the special environment of the system,to explore the decision-making staff to do the special circumstances of the basis for the formation of a theoretical system in the mine enterprise staff position,construction,lay a solid theoretical foundation,model for enterprise employees.(2)put forward the index system of mining enterprise staff job matching effect.Through analyzing the characteristics of the mining enterprises and employees,using system analysis method,a comprehensive,integrated analysis and research,design staff needs and position requirements;KMO and Bartlett test method,test position requirements can index factor analysis;Using the reliability and validity analysis method,the reliability of the post demand indicators.(3)employee job matching model is constructed.Further consider key issues facing job matching,job control,scene reality,the construction of staff post matching model;use of staff competency indicators are in line with the normal distribution,the reasonable definition of job demand index for standard;using the Jaccard similarity staff post matching to solve the employee satisfaction,matchingindex dimension is not a problem;construction of staff post matching model by 0-1programming.(4)post match for Z mining enterprise employees were studied and discussed.The research results show that the construction of the staff post matching model can effectively solve the Z mining enterprises staff post matching,which enriches the theory research of mine staff positions,to a certain extent,the research staff has a certain significance,the special working environment;the mining enterprises in the appropriate arrangements to employees the right position,to achieve "do their best" effect,improve the production efficiency and economic benefits,it has a certain value for mine enterprises.
